As I get older, I find myself thinking more and more about my legacy. Studies have shown that most people cannot tell you much about their great-grandfather. What will people remember about me when I'm gone? Or . . . will I be remembered at all?

I've always tried to live a life that reflects my Christian values, and I want that to be part of my legacy as well. And even though many times, "I wandered in the wilderness,"

God always had His hand on me!

What will you be remembered for? I agree with Billy Graham when he said,

"The greatest legacy one can pass to one's children and grandchildren is not money or other material things accumulated in one's life, but rather a legacy of character and faith."

I want to encourage others to draw closer to God.

These are some of my legacy suggestions:

    • Be a role model for others, especially younger generations.

    • Encourage others and be willing to share your wisdom.

    • Give generously and look for ways to bless others.

Will you leave a legacy that reflects your Christian values and makes a positive impact on the world?

Who knows, maybe one day you'll be remembered as "the one who made a difference!"

Those who read my blog are happier, more intelligent and better looking than those who don’t, according to a study that I made up."
