“Your attitude reflects your past, describes
your present and predicts your future.”
After completing his sales training class, the sales manager typically sends his top student on a sales call. However, he first informs them that this individual was once a sales manager and likes to challenge young salespeople. He can sometimes be quite rude and difficult to sell, but it's crucial to be persistent in addressing all his objections with respect. But he will always end up placing an order with the student!
Half an hour later, the young salesman returned to the sales manager's office looking disheveled. He tossed the order onto the desk and said to his manager:
"You were exactly right. He was very rude and had many objections, but I remained respectful and kept pitching until I got the order."
The sales manager picked up the order and after looking over it said, "This is the largest order in our company's history ." With a big smile, he waved the order and said: We've been trying to sell to this guy for over 20 years. YOU CALLED ON THE WRONG CUSTOMER!
"In real estate, it's all about location, location, location.
IN BUSINESS -- AND IN LIFE --
IT'S ALL ABOUT ATTITUDE, ATTITUDE, ATTITUDE!
In order to be successful, you must put your POSITIVE ATTITUDE INTO ACTION. And you must Be Consistent! Day after boring day, sale after sale, keep a positive attitude in the forefront of everything you do.
In the professional work environment, it is often our attitude more than our aptitude or ability that determines success.
When you wake up in the morning and think you are going to have a good day or a bad day, YOU WILL! -Zig Ziglar
