So Far, So Good!

Updated: 22 hours ago

Bob and his buddy decided to go to the top of the Empire State Building to see the view from above. As they stood there enjoying the view and pointing out different sites, his buddy asked him: "How long do you think it would take me to reach the ground if I jumped?" Bob laughed at such a ridiculous question, and told him he was going to take the elevator down to the 50th floor.
And just as Bob was looking out the window, he saw his buddy fly by.
Bob yelled out, 'So, how's it going?" and his buddy hollered back: "SO FAR, SO GOOD."
Many of us encounter similar situations in our own lives when we do not consider the consequences of an action or decision until it's too late. We act impulsively without taking the time to manage potential issues while there's still an opportunity.
Are you using the "So far, So good" theory in your own life or routines today?
Eating healthy?
Skipping your yearly medical check-ups?
Not exercising?
Continuing in a toxic relationship?
Stuck in your same ol' 9 - 5?
Too busy for God in your life?
I hope
It's great to be optimistic but don't get caught in your own comfort zone. "SO FAR, SO GOOD" might add some excitement to your life, but continuing on this same path could also lead to your downfall!
