Self-Doubt

Self-Doubt kills more dreams than failure ever will!

After high school, my work career began as a barber for six years. Sure, when starting out, I had my doubts and made mistakes. One of my most memorable was,  in my haste to give a gentlemen a fast haircut, I nicked his ear -- and the blood started flowing. Well not really, but it did bleed a little . . . . . And it certainly did energize the people waiting to get a haircut .

That was the day I realized I might not be 'cut out' to be a Barber. . . . . so to speak!

Maybe you will never cut somebody's ear, but you will have doubts about your abilities.  You have to just chalk it up as a learning experience, and strive to do better next time.

It's up to you to conquer self-doubt.

There are always those few who seem to think that blowing out another person's candle will make theirs brighter. Be careful of them -- the ones who water and feed your doubts may be trying to make them grow in your mind. Little seeds grow big doubts!

The majority of people doubt themselves from time to time. The key is overcoming!

Challenges are what makes life interesting. Overcoming them makes life meaningful.

Among the many successful people who have admitted to doubting themselves are Leonardo da Vinci, Van Gogh, Abe Lincoln and also John F. Kennedy. But they used their self-doubt as fuel to propel them further. And so can you.

Your doubt can build mountains.

Your faith can move them.

DOUBT IS FAITH -- LOOKING FOR ANSWERS!
