Trust Me!

When we deposit money in our bank, board a plane for a flight or prepare for major surgery, we often are placing our trust in the hands of total strangers who we may have never seen nor met.
Trust is the belief that someone or something can be relied on to do what they say they will. It is a key element of social relationships and a foundation for cooperation.

Who are the most trusted professionals? A recent Gallup Poll finds nurses highly honest and ethical making them one of the most trusted professions. Grade-school teachers rank second, while military officers, pharmacists and medical doctors also earn high trust.
The lowest ethics belong to lobbyists, members of Congress, and TV reporters. Who would have guessed . . . ? Can you believe ladies' clothing salesmen didn't make the list?
Trust is established not by what we say, but by what we do.

It's hard to know who to trust! But I have discovered for me it's best to:
