In our own lives, it's important to be willing to change course.
Everyone experiences change. Reevaluating your path and making adjustments are common elements in individual success stories. In your own lives and business, always be on the lookout to Identify when you are on a collision course. Never be too proud to 'reposition yourself or your company's vision, and be willing to change your approach or direction when necessary.
It's important to accept the reality of the situation. Learn to accept feedback and truths that may be difficult to hear.
Adapt your plans based on the realities you face, rather than stubbornly holding onto your original course.
AND ALWAYS BE WILLING TO MAKE CHANGES!
